Freezer cooking... |

I am going to begin "freezer cooking" again. I do it each summer...I cook like 4 meals of something (24 servings) so that i can freeze it and have during the fall when I am too busy to cook.
It usually ends up being very healthy...AND CHEAP! You know cheap rings my bell. This time, I have another reason. Since I will be gone for over 3 weeks with my girls on vacation...I need to have something for poor Toddles to eat. He is going to love us being gone for about 5 days...then its going to get really old. I thought good food would make it easier.

Has anyone else read these? I am about 650 pages into book one. They are pretty good books, but really three more 800+ page books???!!! It was a rough start but now I am enjoying them. I hope to finish off the end of the book today
